Marilyn Monroe (June 1, 1926 – August 5, 1962) was an American actress, model, and singer, who became a major sex symbol during the 1950s and early 1960s.
Monroe is one of the 20th century’s most iconic women. Besides her films and sexy pictures, people are also interested in her special lifestyle.
To stay in shape and keep a healthy body, Monroe spent at least 10 minutes each morning doing exercise. She invented her own exercise to get rid of the extra pounds and keep her muscles firm. Each morning after brushing her teeth, washing her face, she lied down on the floor and began her first exercise with two dumbbells until she was tired.
In order to keep her skin blond all over, Monroe took her ways as well. She never did any outdoor sports, like playing tennis, swimming, or playing golf. She thought these outdoor sports would get her skin dark and they were for men. She was not born with diligence. She hated to do things in a hurried and sleeping is of great importance to her. She would sleep between five and ten hours every night no matter how busy she was.
Monroe’s eating habits are thought to be bizarre as they are quite different from those of normal people. For breakfast, before she took her morning shower, she started warming a cup of milk on the hot plate. When it’s hot, she broke two raw eggs into the milk, mixed them up with a fork, and drank them. Then she would have a multi-vitamin pill. For her simple dinner, she usually ate four or five raw carrots with meat, and that is all.
