In late 2013, Chinese government introduced a new policy to allow couples to have the second child. But in this policy, one of the couples has to be the only child. Now, Chinese are discussing a hot issue. Should the Chinese government allow all couples to have the second baby?
Some people think it’s better to have the second child in a family. They think the only child is lonely, and they need a sister or brother to play with, study with and grow up with, while others have the opposite view. They would not choose to have more than one baby. In their opinion, raising a child costs too much, especially the education fee.
