Phones are taking place of a large number of everyday things and the latest thing is the weighing scale(称). China’s company Huawei recently showed a phone that can be used to weigh small things. And now an app called Gravity(重力) promises to add the same to the iPhone 6s, but Apple doesn’t appear any interest in it. Gravity was created by Ryan McLeod, he says things up to 0.8lbs (385g) can be weighed.
Mr. McLeod handed in the app to the Apple App Store on 29 September, but it was refused on 7 October. Apple didn’t say why it was refused. He thought that the reason may be because weighing things could damage the screen of the phone and he is hoping Apple change its mind.“We have a strong respect that Apple keeps a choice of high quality apps and hope other creative uses of 3D Touch, but I do hope for a day when Gravity can be one of the hand-picked(精选的) and widely known apps,”he said.
