After Christmas this is the biggest festival in the Czech. We started our long term holiday. We decided to celebrate New Year Eve together with our neighbor and also our good friend together in South Moravia. Their house is pretty big and nice, and they have a very big garden. Czech people like to spend their holidays in small villages where there are many beautiful surroundings.
We had a big dinner in the last day of the year 2015. It was amazing and delicious! I remembered that we had beef, sausages and something else. Then we went out to set off the fireworks! They weren’t as big as we have in China, but every one of us was so happy.
When the last ten seconds would come, we counted the numbers loudly together and finally we were in a new year! ______3______ We kissed each other and wished each other a Happy New Year! All of us went out of the house and set off the fireworks again. This time there were some big and beautiful ones in the sky of the night! When I stared at them, I suddenly thought of our city Beijing’s fireworks which were so beautiful and much more beautiful than these. I thought of my parents. I felt I missed them a lot.
