Radomir Novakovic Cakan, a successful businessman from Montenegro(黑山共和国), is famous for being very generous(慷慨的) to his workers.The businessman thinks that his company can only thrive if he keeps his workers happy, so he gives them some good presents.
Radomir first surprised his workers back in 2012, when he gave four of them new cars. A few years ago, he sent a group of 14 workers on vacation abroad, simply because “they should get it”. Another time, he sent more of his workers on a luxury cruise(豪华游轮).
Asked why he doesn’t use a cheaper way to motivate(激励) his workers, Cakan said, “Money comes and goes, but memories are forever.”
