At the ceremony, when Todd brought his daughter Amy to the beginning of the aisle, but then stopped the procession.While people were confused with his actions, he walked up to his daughter's stepfather and took his hand. That's when the stepfather realized what was happening. “Todd reached out his hand and caught Amy's stepfather and pulled him down the aisle to walk their daughter down the aisle together. NOT A DRY EYE at the ceremony, including me!” Delia wrote on Facebook.
After that, Delia spoke to Todd and raised his thumb for Todd’s actions. He said: “Families are what we make them... make it about your kids and not your ego. Congratulations Todd Bachman on showing your kids what true love really is...love for your children.”
