Nightmares are very scary dreams. Everyone may have nightmares. They are bad for our health. So we need to do something to stop nightmares. But how? Here are some things we can do.
Good sleeping habits bring us good sleep. We should go to bed early and never stay up late. We can also do some exercises in the daytime. It can make us fall asleep quickly. It’s also good to do some relaxing activities before bed.
Don’t eat before bedtime. Snacks can make us active and could bring us nightmares. We should stop eating two or three hours before bedtime. And always remember to stay away from heavy meals before bed.
Don’t watch or read scary things before bed. What we watch or read before bed can come into our dreams. You should spend your time on happy things, such as pictures from your last vacation with your family.
