Peter Schoderbek was heavy all the time. But when he finished his university study, he was about 200 kg.
Peter studied forestry (林业学) at university. In order to take the job in the future, he knew that he had to lose weight (减肥). He said to himself, “You can’t do anything like this as a job one day, if you are like this.” So Peter started to lose weight.
Peter started by staying away from fast food and restaurant food. He started to prepare his meals at home. He ate fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins (瘦肉蛋白). He also started exercising, even after work.
Peter also got a dog named Toby. Toby would never let Peter sit on the sofa all the time. They took walks every day.
Peter is now 108 kg! He says he will keep losing weight and exercise. “If I can do it, you can do it,” Peter said.
