A robot vacuum cleaner ate a woman’s hair while she was sleeping on the floor. At last the firemen saved her.
The 52-year-old, called Yoon, woke in pain at her South Korean home after the robot took her hair in. She didn’t know how to free herself, so she called the Changwon city fire department hopelessly. Four men came and took half an hour to free her after opening the cleaner. The woman was serious hurt.
"This case was quite special," the fire department said. "We had seen too many strange things, but this was really strange."
It is not clear whether the woman has kept the robot cleaner's services.
Such machines are very popular these years, with US firm iRobot selling more than 10 million units.
