Today I want to share the experience about my Tmall online shopping on Nov. 11. As you know, Nov. 11 is the Singles’ Day and also a day for Tmall store that will discount their goods. I am interested in many clothes, foods and other some daily necessities when I look at the Tmall website.
I booked 5 orders in that evening: a piece of shirt, a jacket, a pair of shoes, two bags of chocolate and a bottle of shampoo. Two and three days later, I received them one by one. Of course before clicking the "confirm receiving", I carefully check the quality, size, type. Most of them are acceptable according to my standard.
But the shirt was too small. When I tried it on, it was very tight and I couldn't put it on. I started to contact with the shop assistant online. She suggested me that I should change the bigger size. The next day, I wrapped this shirt and added a note: change a bigger one but the same color and style with before. Then I sent out the Delivery Number to the assistant of the store online. She replied to follow up it until I would receive a new one. I was anxious for the coming of this new shirt because of my urgent needing.
It took 2 days of my delivery and 4 days of the seller's delivery. 6 days later, I finally got it. I immediately put it on. This time, it was all right.
