There is a race(比赛) in Madrid, Spain. The race is for some people and their dogs. 700 people and dogs join the race. The people want more rights(权利). They also want to help many kinds of dogs. The people want to take their dogs on the subway. Right now, they cannot.
People want to help some dogs in the street. No people keep those dogs. They also want to help some police dogs and dogs with problems. One woman brings her dog to the race. The dog just has three legs. She is happy to help her dog and the other dogs.
