Tae Bennett’s 2-year-old dog, Ollie, was stolen right in front of her eyes. The thieves(小偷) took Ollie away while Tae was taking her dog for a walk in the park.

In order to find her pet, Tae and her parents made a Facebook group called “Find Ollie”. Here, they shared details of Ollie and the thieves and encouraged their friends and family to share to help find Ollie. The group was active for a while but, as years passed, things died down. Tae finally got a dog named Chilli as a replacement.

Then, at 22 years old, she finally found Ollie. “It was amazing, and I never thought this would happen,” said Tae. Sweet little Ollie was found by some children. They quickly gave Ollie back to Tae’s family.

Then Tae shared the good news on her “Find Ollie” Facebook group: “After being missing for ten years I couldn’t believe it was him. As soon as Ollie came into the room and heard my dad’s voice, he walked over to him at once.”

She added, “As for myself, it took him a little bit longer. Because I look and sound completely different. He enjoys going out in our garden for a run around. I’m really careful when I take him out now.”
