A few years ago, Aria decided to do something meaningful. Since Chinese families often make dumplings together, she started a family cooking activity for the community. She used cheerful colors to make bao. She also made bao shaped like human faces, animals and cartoon characters (人物).

In 2023, Aria attended a dumpling festival, where she won first place and a $5,000 prize. She used the money to help the old in her community. In her culture, grandparents and the old are very important. She has been told there is an increase in people visiting and caring for the old.
