Lucy had to begin her new dance class and start a new school, but she was scared of changes.

When she turned eleven, she was told that she had to do things differently. She was growing older, and her classes were changing.

It was a Saturday morning and Lucy was packing for her new dance class. Her mum said, “Sorry, Lucy, your new dance class is on Sundays...”

Lucy shouted at the top of her voice, “It’s Not Fair!” She wanted to go to it on Saturday.

Her mum said, “Sunday will be fine. It will be OK.” and that calmed her down.

Just do one thing at a time, and it will be done soon enough.” Lucy listened to her mum’s advice. She did her maths homework and then read the poem book and answered the questions. It didn’t take long at all. Lucy loved the poems she read and found the questions fun.
