Last Saturday night, Blackpool Road in Poulton-le-Fylde was closed. A big electric pole had fallen down. Police and other workers were busy all night. They needed to remove the pole and open the road again safely.
While they worked, a young girl named Ava came to see the officers. She had a small gift for them. It was a little bag of sweets. She also gave them a note. The note said, “Thank you for helping.”
