
Edward is 34. He loves running. Before, he was not well. During COVID-19, he began to run. “After my operation (手术), I ran to build up my body,” he said.
In 12 months, Edward ran 465 half-marathons. That’s over 6,000 miles! He ran 13 half-marathons each week. Sometimes he ran six half-marathons in one day.
Edward ate simple food. He often ran with no food, or only a banana. He ate meat and fish for supper.
Next, he will run 100 miles in 24 hours. Edward says we can do hard things if we try!
