Harbin, December 17 – The highly anticipated giant snowman made its seasonal return today at the Qunli Music Park in Harbin, captivating visitors once again. Contrary to the common method of piling snow, this beloved annual attraction is meticulously created through a process of excavation and carving.
A time-lapse video shared online documented the 10-day construction process. This year's snowman set a new record, utilizing over 3,500 cubic meters of snow, which contributed to its exceptionally plump and rounded form. The snowman retains its signature cheerful appearance, donning a red hat and scarf, and adorned with a classic red heart-shaped button.
