“无手机校园”:让课堂回归专注

Two schools in Edinburgh say no to phones at school. They are Portobello and Queensferry High Schools. Portobello starts earlier. Queensferry starts on May 14.
Students from S1 to S6 put their phones in a special bag in the morning. The bag has a magnet (磁石) lock. Students keep the bag but cannot open it. Teachers and parents discuss about it for many months. Most parents agree with the new rule.
The schools want students to look at the teacher and not the phone. It is better for the teacher and the students. They can learn more in class.
