我的健康生活小习惯

I’m Eric. I’m strong and happy. I live a healthy life.

First, I keep a good diet. Every morning, I have milk, eggs and bread. At lunch, I eat rice, fish and lots of vegetables. They give me energy. I never eat too much candy or chips. After dinner, I sometimes drink fresh apple juice.

Second, I exercise every day. I walk to school with my friend, and play basketball after class. Exercise helps my body stay fit.

Third, I go to bed early every night. I never stay up late.

With these ___▲___ habits, I feel great every day.
