It was a sunny morning in the forest. Lily, a small rabbit, wanted to pick carrots. But she fell into a small hole. She cried, “Help! Help!”
A little squirrel named Sam heard her. He ran to get his friend, Tom the bird. Tom flew down and said, “Don’t worry!” Sam brought a long stick. Lily held it. Sam and Tom pulled her up.
Lily thanked them. They walked to the carrot field together. It was a special day for the three friends.
