Last Sunday morning, I went to the city library with my best friend Lucy. It was not far from our homes. When we got to the library, we looked for storybooks first. Lucy loved pandas, so she picked a book about pandas. I chose one about little dogs. We sat by the big window and read together. The stories were funny, and we laughed a lot. At noon, we ate sandwiches in the library’s small garden. Before going home, we each borrowed two books. That day was so nice. I read fun stories and spent a good time with my friend!
