男子10年进山371次捡了2万多斤垃圾
It is the year 2025 now. Gao Wei works at a bank in Hohhot, in Inner Mongolia. He often spends his weekends and holidays picking up trash in the mountains.
Ten years ago, while hiking (徒步) in the mountains, Gao Wei saw lots of plastic bottles in the bushes. They made the beautiful scenery look messy (脏乱的), so he decided to clean them up. From that day on, every time he goes out, he brings a big bag with him. He picks up litter in forests, on grasslands, and along rivers.
By October 2025, Gao had been to the mountains 371 times to clean up. He collected the recycled trash, sold it, and used the money to help people in need. He also encourages (鼓励) others to join him in protecting the environment.
