睡眠为什么很重要?

 

         Schoolchildren need enough(足够的) sleep every night. They usually have to get up at 7 o’clock in the morning to get ready for school. So they should go to bed at 9 o’clock in the evening.

         It can be hard to get to bed sometimes. There are so many fun things to do, such as watching TV and playing on the computer or phones. But sleep is important. While you are sleeping, your brain(大脑) helps you remember what you learn at school. Sleeping can also repair(修复) your body (like if you cut your foot or hurt a muscle). Your body grows a lot while you are sleeping!

         To have a good sleep, you should turn off screens (TV and computers) and read a book or talk with the people you love. Then you go to bed, to grow, rest and have lots of energy(能量) for the next day.
