They read magazines, newspapers, and watch health programs on TV to get information about health. And people in that country like healthy food much better than junk food. Few people eat outside, like McDonald, KFC or other fast food restaurants. Most of them eat at home.
After women get married, they stay at home, and they're always interested in their family's health. They prepare healthy food for their children and their husband. They think vegetables, especially green and orange-colored vegetables, and fruits are very important to health. So they get up early every morning, going to the markets or supermarkets to get fresh vegetables and fruits for their families. If their family members don’t like eating these two kinds of foods, they will be very worried.
