Lacey got £10 from her grandmother. She wanted to buy a toy. Her mom Caitlin took her to a toy store. Lacey liked a beautiful toy very much. But it was more than £10. They didn’t take enough(足够的) money. Lacey was sad.
Suddenly, three people came near to them. They were workers in the store. They gave(给) a £50 gift card to Caitlin. Caitlin said when she opened the card, she cried. The workers told Caitlin that someone purchased it and asked them to give it to a child.
“I just want to thank the kind person. She made my girl so happy. I will do the same next time.”
