Four years after its production, director Zhang Yimou’s film “Under the Light” is now set to release on Sep 28, during the Mid-Autumn Festival. The only comedy film in the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day season, “Lose to Win”, produced by Mahua FunAge, is scheduled for a nationwide release on Sep 28. The film is an adaptation of the Spanish comedy film “Campeones” (Champions) and tells the story of Wei Guozheng, an overconfident basketball coach who encounters a group of “underprivileged (弱势的)” players. Through their daily interactions filled with misunderstandings, they achieve an extraordinary goal.
Moscow Mission
It’s set to hit theaters on Sep 29. This film draws inspiration from China’s first cross-border pursuit (追捕) case, bringing the remarkable “Sino-Russian Train Heist” to the big screen. The cast features Andy Lau, Zhang Han-yu, Wen Yong-shan, and Huang Xuan, guaranteeing an exhilarating cinematic adventure.
